Film Director John Cassar is turning 59. The Maltese-Canadian film maker has been an important contribution to profiling Malta globally in international film making.
John Cassar was born in 1958 in Malta and has become one of modern days most famous directors. His international career has been the popular TV series 24, starring Kiefer Sutherland. Cassar and Sutherland has also made several films together. Forsaken in 2015 and 24: Live another day in 2014.
Cassar has also become famous of creating the TV series The Kennedys, starring Greg Kinnear.
Rasmus, founder of the Malta-Rasmus blog grew up with 24, and it is his favorite TV series of all time.
