There is no doubt that Malta is a country that is influenced by many different cultures throughout its history. In modern history, northern Europeans, especially Scandinavians, left their home countries to live and work on the small island Malta. The opportunities in the iGaming industry and the simplicity of starting your own business in any international services industry is attracting more and more people to pursue careers in Malta.

But the Scandinavians don't go unnoticed. Just now, the latest edition of the Swedish tabloid Aftonbladet is available in local  convenience stores. If there is a demand for Swedish newspapers, there are certainly Swedes on the island too.
