30 years without homosexuality as a psychiatric disease in WHO

In May 17, 1990, something changed. It is an important event in the history books which came into place many years too late.
The General Assembly of the World Health Organization (WHO) eliminates homosexuality from the list of psychiatric diseases.
It has now been almost 30 years (27 years) since it happened. But it should have been eliminated way earlier.
This is just a sign of when reason is out of place. No one should be judged because of their sexuality.
Independent countries has various laws about homosexuality, without connections to the statement of the WHO.
Malta is an impressive country. Malta has lots of traditions and catholic religious believes, but is still very tolerant towards homosexuality.
