According to Times of Malta, researchers has concluded that a healthy body weight, engaged in physical activity, can help you beat cancer. Eating a diet high in whole grains, vegetables, and fruits, low in red/processed meats, and drinking moderate alcohol is the healthy life style that can be cancer resistant. It can sounds boring. However, it dos not mean that you have to start living as an athlete.
If you exercise for at least 150 minutes per week, for example a brisk walk and just take some more fruits and vegetables and a little bit less red meat can do big different.
