One thing I noticed when I moved to Malta is that people are more relaxed and less stressed than in Sweden. Which also affected me. I noticed the difference between my stress and the shoulders loosened up. In addition, the times I get stressed, it takes less time before I stop stressing.

Stress can help you rise to meet challenges. It can also help you stay focused, energetic and alert. That is when it is working properly.
However, after a certain point, stress stops being helpful and instead it is causing major damage to your health. Not only your health, but also your mood, your productivity, your relationships, and your quality of life.
